HHC Clinics are a well established and leading Nottingham & London-based cosmetic clinic. They offer an extensive choice of treatments combining the latest skincare technologies with highly experienced medical professionals and an exemplary patient care programme. They also retail their own medical products.
The challenge
18 months ago HHC was as it is today, a growing and successful business. The challenges we were approached to resolve though involved key areas of each element of their business; disparate and inconsistent branding across all media from website to print, an evolving product and service offering and all-important compliance documentation that required organising and updating. Conveying medical procedures and what can be a sensitive subject for some would form part of the challenge too.
