Overview

Birds Bakery, established over 100 years ago, are a well-known Midlands-based bakery business with over 65 retail locations and a growing online presence.

 The challenge

With an already solid reputation and established traditional retail customer base, the next phase for the brand is to establish new exciting added-value products, new sales routes and to appeal to new and broader types of customer, whilst still managing and developing the rest of their current retail and online brand assets.

 Our solution

As an existing provider of creative to Birds, SIGNALco were in a good position to deliver both fresh ideas,  new tools to help realise their new strategy and provide additional resource to support their expanding  marketing team. In summary:

  • Utilising our experience in delivering value-add gifting for the likes of Cadbury, Thorntons and Green & Blacks, we were able to help develop new personalised gift products and packaging to help engage and increase revenue across both traditional and new markets.

  • Provision of a full agency creative service for design of all brand assets including web, print and management of their in-store screens across all locations.

  • Seasonal campaigns and product photography.

  • Multi-channel marketing support and advice.

  • POS and management of retail printed products and non-food merchandise.
